Black Mesa Forum Feed

Rain meter config that displays the 7 most recently post topics on the black mesa forums and links to them.

This was mostly a test if rain meters Web Parser plugin and to get me more familiar with reg ex.

Now only requires a single server query, and I've removed the \ before any quotes in forum titles.
